¼ teaspoon Salt, Pepper, Dry Basil and Dry Oregano
1 Large Cloves of Crushed Garlic
½ cup Seasoned Bread Crumbs
1 cup Tomato Sauce
2-3 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
4-6 Slices Lean Deli Ham
3 Hard Boiled Eggs (peeled)
Procedure
In a large bowl add ground beef, sausage, salt, pepper, basil, oregano, garlic, bread crumbs, tomato sauce and 1 raw egg mix until all is well blended.
Put mixture on a large piece of wax paper and flatten out to a square approximately 1/2 thick.
Place 4 slices of ham on the center of mixture; then the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly all over.
Place the 3 hard boiled eggs on top of the ham.
Take ends of paper, lift meat over the edges, and work until it starts to form a jelly roll loaf.
Then with your hands form the meat loaf into shape and make sure ends and seams are sealed.
Place in center of a pre-oiled baking pan and bake at 350o for 30 to 45 minutes, then reduce temperature to 300o and continue cooking for 20 minutes.
Time may vary according to your oven. Let rest 15 to 20 minutes out of the oven.
